BEAUTIFUL experience at “Rudko Permanent Makeup”! I went in to become a permanent makeup master, and am extremely happy with the result. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The place is super clean and equipment is high-quality and expensive. Viktorya and Christina took a lot of time to discuss the main techniques and issues when working with clients. They explained the procedures step by step in a simple and practical manner. Both are really knowledgeable and detail oriented which I loved. In the end, I myself did my first permanent makeup on the model (under the supervision of the trainers), and the result is incredible! I would absolutely recommend this place!
